We are based in Dubai but hire globally. Async-first, with overlap windows for the UAE / EU / India time zones. Every full-timer gets equity, comprehensive health coverage, and a yearly "build something else" week off.

People who would rather ship than meet. People who think compliance is interesting, not boring. People who have used Zendesk and thought "I bet I could do better."

What we will not hire for
Pure managers without recent IC experience. People who think "move fast and break things" means "ship without tests." Anyone who needs daily 1:1s.
Compensation
Market for Dubai. Equity for full-timers. We share the pay band in the first conversation, not the third interview.
